Our policy is to improve the health and safety conditions of our employees in order to achieve the goal of “ZERO” work accidents and occupational diseases, and to ensure the participation of all employees in occupational health and safety activities based on the principle that “ACCIDENTS CAN ONLY BE PREVENTED BY WORKING TOGETHER.”
Our goals are:
To identify personal protective equipment appropriate for working conditions and ensure its use by employees,
To identify and improve risks that may arise within machinery and facilities,
To organize the installation of fire-safe equipment and the performance of inspections,
To ensure that all areas are inspected,
Documenting occupational safety rules, maintaining statistics on results, and communicating them,
Consulting employees on occupational safety risks.
Monitoring and implementing technological developments to eliminate hazards and risks
Making working conditions ergonomic
Organizing the planning and implementation of emergency response plans
Monitoring and implementing legal regulations
Conducting risk assessments and taking action to identify pre- and post-accident risks and prevent their recurrence
Making announcements, speeches, signs, trainings, drills, and presentations to raise employee awareness
Increasing safety measures and performing checks in transportation and lifting activities performed with vehicles,
Applying safety measures in work performed at heights and in pits to all our employees and service companies and reflecting innovations in the field.
