YEPSAN Group, which continues its operations in the Kayapa Organized Industrial Zone in Bursa, was founded in 1987. Today, it continues its mold and serial production activities in a total area of 20,000 square meters with three separate entities: YEPSAN Inc., YEPSAN Automotive Insulation and YEPSAN Mold.
Bringing together engineering, design, mold, fixture, press, welding and assembly processes under one roof, YEPSAN Group supplies the automotive industry with body, chassis, engine, safety/airbag parts, heat shields, battery carriers/battery parts and more, primarily using stainless steel, aluminum, and sheet metal to produce high-value-added, high-safety-level molded and assembled parts for the automotive industry, primarily body, chassis, engine, safety/airbag parts, heat shields, battery carriers/battery parts and exhaust system parts.
YEPSAN Group is one of the leading companies in the sector, reaching an annual sheet metal processing capacity of 30,000 tons with CNC and universal machines of different sizes for mold/fixture/tool production, H and C type eccentric press lines ranging from 100 tons to 1600 tons for series production, hydraulic press lines ranging from 200 tons to 600 tons, projection welding (spot welding), robot spot welding, aluminum robot spot welding, aluminum clinching lines, and gas shielded welding lines, reaching an annual sheet metal processing capacity of 30,000 tons, making it one of the leading companies in the industry.
With a 100% customer satisfaction approach, YEPSAN Group continues to work in long-term collaboration with its customers, operating its processes in accordance with the IATF 16949:2016 Quality Management System and ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Systems.
Moving steadily towards becoming a global supplier, YEPSAN Group is a Tier-1 supplier to Fiat-Stellantis, Volkswagen, TOGG, Bentley, Audi, Porsche, and MAN Truck&Bus, and a Tier-2 supplier to Siro, Vestel, Joyson Safety Systems, Contitech, Autoliv, Forvia, and MAGNA Autolaunch. Exporting to 10 countries in Europe and the Far East, Yepsan Group exports 50% of its total product range. To support our European customers, we have an office in Germany for logistics and quality purposes, as well as a warehouse for DDP shipments.
In line with the development of the domestic automotive industry in our country, YEPSAN Group, one of TOGG's first suppliers, manufactures body and chassis parts as well as battery carriers and battery parts for TOGG-SIRO.
In addition, YEPSAN Group is one of the suppliers of shaped sheet metal parts for the automotive division of Vestel Group, one of TOGG's major affiliates.
